Ayoi fruits are sourced and packed in Thailand in certified factories for product quality and safety.
Producing close to the fruit origin helps preserve freshness and flavor and reduce food loss during transportation.
After packing, They are transported by sea to limit carbon emissions and stored in Belgium for efficient distribution across Europe.
This structure supports product freshness, food waste avoidance, supply reliability and accessibility for the European market — while keeping the process straightforward and transparent.

Pickup Point Delivery
If delivery to a pickup point is selected:

- the customer must correctly indicate the pickup location as the delivery address,
- the customer must collect the parcel within the carrier’s indicated timeframe. Failure to collect the parcel may result in its return to Ayoi*.
Home Delivery
For home delivery, the customer must ensure availability at the delivery address. If delivery fails due to absence or incorrect address, the parcel may be returned to Ayoi*.

Local Pickup
Customers may request local pickup in Wavre, Limal, Ottignies, Brussels.
Pickup is available only after advance payment and confirmation of place and time by Ayoi.
