Go to your cart and click “Promo Code?” (yellow text, below the Total). Enter the voucher code shown on your gift voucher.

The voucher value will be deducted from the Total (EUR), including delivery costs.

❓ What if my voucher value is higher than my order?

  The unused amount is not lost. Ayoi will issue you a new voucher code with the remaining balance, which you can use for your next purchase. 

❓ Which email address should I use?

Please use the email address shown on the gift voucher when filling in the delivery details.

Each voucher code can be used once only and is linked to this email address.

❓ What happens if the voucher is used incorrectly?

If the voucher is used with incorrect information, Ayoi may:

• adjust the order to match the actual paid value, or
• ask for payment of the price difference before delivery.
